Conditioning classes are for everyone from beginners to advanced students. Conditioning is a 45 minute class of non-stop movement. These classes resemble bootcamp classes and incorporate all the training elements students use in other classes at Ultimate Fitness. Each Conditioning class is different and each instructor teaches conditioning in their own style. Students who take this class will be doing anything from push-ups to freestyle kickboxing on a heavy bag. The goal is to increase endurance in whatever aspects students are training.
