Ultimate Conditioning is a revamped program launching November 2, 2013 with our awesome new instructor Jamie Ellsworth and a streamlined format. Ultimate Conditioning is included in all our memberships and is also a stand alone program. Ultimate Conditioning is a total body conditioning program designed to provide balanced workouts for optimal performance. Research shows that programs containing 2 H.I.I.T. (high intensity) workouts, 2 Strength (medium intensity) workouts and 1 to 2 Cardio (low intensity) workouts per week get results including improved body composition. This new conditioning program is designed to challenge any fitness level, with modifications available for most limitations.

Power HIIT is a combination of High Intensity Interval Training formats and athletic training drills which could include; plyometrics, agility drills, battle rope training, core and leg conditioning. Designed to blast fat and boost your metabolism, these classes will build endurance as well as improve functional stabilization.

TRX Strength is a strength based circuit style training format designed for optimal calorie burn and total body conditioning. Most exercises follow a Functional Interval Training (F.I.T.) philosophy of multiple muscle groups and/or stability changes mashed together to add a twist to the basic strength training program. TRX exercises will be included.

Cardio Core classes are geared toward any fitness level. Athletic based training drills will improve endurance, balance, stability, power and core strength. Boxing intervals will be offered as an option so please bring gloves if you have them.

Ultimate Conditioning has been specifically designed by our fitness expert, Jamie Ellsworth to provide balanced workouts that are geared towards keeping members in shape and injury free while building core and all over body strength as well as cardio and muscle endurance.
