Conditioning classes at UF are now Ultimate Conditioning Classes. Ultimate Conditioning is a revamped program launching November 2, 2013 with our fantastic new trainer Jamie Ellsworth and a streamlined format. Ultimate Conditioning will still be included in all our memberships. Members can get in shape and build strength and endurance with just these classes in their fitness regime but Ultimate Conditioning classes have been designed to compliment the MMA training in UF’s other programs. Ultimate Conditioning combines Power HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), TRX Strength and Cardio Core classes for a program that can change body composition and get members in the best shape of their lives. Each class type varies a little for diversity and for full body workouts.

This new program brings structure to Conditioning which we have lacked in the past. Now with Jamie at the helm this is a legitimate program designed specifically for Ultimate Fitness and its members.

Jamie is a tough, no nonsense trainer who runs strenuous but fun classes and has been known to keep a barf bucket on hand “just in case.” Be prepared to work hard and have fun in these exciting new classes beginning next month!

Saturday, November 2nd Jamie will be running a special 75-minute introductory class at 11 a.m. All members are welcome and encouraged to try this class.

Beginning Monday, November 4th the Ultimate Conditioning class schedule will be as follows:
Mondays at 4:15 and 5:10 pm – Power HIIT Conditioning
Tuesdays at 4:15 and 5:10 pm – TRX Strength Conditioning
Wednesdays at 4:15 and 6:10 pm – Cardio Core Conditioning
Thursdays at 4:15 pm – TRX Strength Conditioning
Fridays at 4:15 pm – Power HIIT Conditioning
Saturdays at 9 am – Cardio Core Conditioning

All Ultimate Conditioning classes will be led by Jamie Ellsworth except Cardio Core on Saturdays which will be led by Dion or Mario per our normal Saturday schedule. We are very excited about this new program! Jamie brings immense energy and creativity to the table and these classes will be sure to please members of all levels and all fitness goals.
