If you’re like me and you’re sweet tooth is the only thing keeping you from a nearly perfect diet, I have a trick for you. I do really well with my diet all day. I eat clean and healthy and avoid processed sugars all day. After dinner, however, I always want a little taste of something sweet. A super healthy friend taught me to keep pitted dates in the freezer and eat them when I have sweet cravings. They totally do the trick for me. From the freezer they are super chewy and sweet like a caramel. A few dates totally satisfies my sweet craving and they’re under 70 calories for 3.
