It’s WELLNESS WEDNESDAY! We have a quick little tip for you spaghetti lovers who are trying to avoid carbs… Have you tried Spaghetti Squash in place of noodles? It’s sooo good and so easy. Just cut in half and bake face down for 45-60 minutes at 350. Or, you can even microwave it to save time. It pulls out of the rind in strings like spaghetti and tastes great under your favorite sauce! Try it next time you’re dying for some spaghetti and let us know what you think of it. Bon Apetite!
