TRX Suspension Training is coming to Ultimate Fitness! Classes start November 1, 2011. No matter what you are training for, TRX Suspension Training body weight exercise can help! TRX offers 300+ exercises that build power, flexibility, core strength and endurance. It is a versatile, total body workout that is helping pro athletes, the U.S. Military and fitness buffs the world over exceed their training goals.
We are so excited to bring in TRX and offer it to our members. A few of us have been working with our certified trainers and, let me tell you, it is tough! I’ve never gotten so warm and so whooped so quickly! The suspension helps you go deeper into pushups, squats, etc. so you get more out of every movement. It’s truly amazing and an exciting new challenge for our trainers, fighters and members.
